Broncos Announce Trevor Seimian As Starting QB

The Denver Broncos announced Monday that Trevor Seimian will, in fact, open the season as their starting quarterback.

Siemian, 24, was taken in the seventh round of last year’s draft by the Broncos. He’s in the second year of his four-year, $2.33 million contract and stands to make a base salary $525,000 for the 2016 season.

In 2015, Siemian appeared in one game for the Broncos, but just took a knee for them late into the game.
