Broncos Bring In Jack Del Rio To Run Defense

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported late last night that the Denver Broncos have decided on former Jaguars head coach Jack Del Rio to be their next defensive coordinator.

Del Rio spent time under John Fox years ago while in Carolina so his familiarity with Fox should help make the transition much smoother than it otherwise could have been. You can expect to see the Broncos employing a hybrid defensive system next season, especially if they’re able to make some upgrades at defensive tackle.
