Update:

The Denver Broncos announced Tuesday that they’ve placed DB Omar Bolden on season-ending injured reserve.

Mike Klis of 9News is reporting that Broncos DB Omar Bolden is out for the season after he sustained a partial PCL tear during Sunday’s win over the Steelers.

  • Klis adds that Bolden’s injury won’t require surgery.

Denver will likely place Bolden on season-ending injured reserve in the coming days and add someone to their roster.

Bolden, 27, was taken in the fourth round of the 2012 NFL draft. He’s in the final year of his four-year, $2,574,428 rookie contract and is in line to be an unrestricted free agent in the coming months.

In 2015, Bolden appeared in nine games for the Broncos and recorded five tackles while contributing 342 kick return yards and 123 punt return yards to go along with one touchdown.
