Broncos Plan To Bring In Another Quarterback To Compete For Starting Job

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that even after trading for QB Mark Sanchez, the Broncos still plan on bringing in another quarterback to compete for their starting job this summer.

Denver has been in trade talks with the 49ers regarding Colin Kaepernick, but there has been some question as to whether they will be willing to meet San Francisco’s asking price.

Ryan Fitzpatrick and Robert Griffin III have both come up as speculative options for the Broncos, and sure either player would be happy to have genuine interest from Denver.

Other have proposed Texans QB Brian Hoyer as another option could be available for trade at a reasonable price.

Another option for the Broncos could be to draft a quarterback to develop if they don’t feel comfortable with their available options.
