Broncos Re-Signing WR Jordan Norwood To A One-Year Deal

Mike Klis of 9News reports that the Broncos have reached an agreement on a one-year deal with WR Jordan Norwood.

Norwood took visits to meet with the Jets and Lions, but reports had said that the Broncos were still working to keep him in Denver.

Norwood, 27, originally signed on with the Browns as an undrafted free agent out of back in 2009. However, he lasted just a few months in Cleveland before he was cut and later signed to the Eagles’ practice squad.

After brief stints with the Browns and Buccaneers, the Broncos signed him to a future/reserve deal after the 2013 season and he’s been in Denver ever since.

In 2015, Norwood appeared in 11 games for the Broncos and recorded 22 receptions for 207 yards receiving and no touchdowns.
