Broncos Sign First-Round OLB Shane Ray

The Denver Broncos announced the signing of first-round OLB Shane Ray to a four-year contract on Monday.

This leaves third-round TE Jeff Heuerman as the only remaining player from the Broncos’ 2015 draft class who has yet to sign his rookie contract.

Ray has been dealing with a toe injury for some time now, but was able to take part in Denver’s OTA session on Monday.

According to OverTheCap.com, Ray is projected to receive a four-year contract worth $8,550,248 and includes a $4,478,360 signing bonus.

During his three years at Missouri, Ray recorded 120 tackles, 19 sacks, five forced fumbles and a defensive touchdown.
