Mike Klis of 9 News reports that the Broncos will start Trevor Siemian (questionable, foot) at quarterback for Sunday’s game against the Titans.
Siemian wound up sitting out last week, due to a midfoot sprain but it appeared as though there was a chance Lynch could return this week.
Siemian, 24, was taken in the seventh round of last year’s draft. He’s currently int he second year of his four-year, $2.33 million contract and set to make a base salary of $525,000 for the 2016 season.
In 2016, Siemian has thrown for 2,396 yards while completing 60 percent of his passes to go along with 15 touchdowns and seven interceptions. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 29 quarterback out of 35 qualifying players.
