The Denver Broncos announced on Monday that they have waived DB Charles Mitchell.

Mitchell, 24, was a former sixth-round selection of the Atlanta Falcons during the 2012 NFL Draft. He lasted just a year with the Falcons before being released at the start of the 2013 season.
The Broncos would later sign him to a future/reserve contract, but it appears as though they like their other options.
