Broncos Waive DL Travis Raciti

Troy Renck of ABC 7 reports that the Broncos have placed DL Travis Raciti on waivers Wednesday.

Raciti, 24, was signed with the Eagles as an undrafted free agent out of San Jose State back in May of 2015. He was unable to make the 53-man roster coming out of the preseason, but was later signed to their practice squad.

The Eagles elected to bring Raciti back on a future/reserve contract in January of last year before cutting him loose a few days after the draft. Raciti later caught on with the Vikings but was unfortunately waived coming out of the preseason.

The Broncos wound later sign him to their practice squad in December and he returned to Denver on a future/reserve contract this past January.

During his four-year college career, Raciti recorded 186 total tackles, 27 tackles for a loss, 14.5 sacks, five pass defenses, and one fumble recovery over the course of 45 starts.
