Broncos Waive LB Reshard Cliett & WR Mose Frazier From PS, Sign Two

Troy Renck reports that the Broncos waived WR Mose Frazier and LB Reshard Cliett from their practice squad and signed TE Steven Scheu and LB Quentin Gause to the unit.

The Broncos’ practice squad now consists of:

  1. OL Dillon Day
  2. RB Juwan Thompson
  3. DT Kyle Peko
  4. CB Taurean Nixon
  5. OLB Vontarrius Dora
  6. TE Steven Scheu
  7. TE Henry Krieger-Coble
  8. OL Justin Murray
  9. WR Kalif Raymond
  10. LB Quentin Gause

Cliett, 24, was taken with the No. 211 overall pick in the sixth round of the 2015 NFL draft by the Texans. He was in the second year of his four-year, $2,370,484 contract when the Texans elected to waive him last week as they trimmed their roster down to 53 players.

The Broncos added him to their practice squad a few weeks into the regular season.

Last year, Cliett, unfortunately, missed the entire 2015 season after he sustained a torn ACL in August.

During his college career at South Florida, Cliett recorded 134 tackles, seven sacks, two fumble recoveries and seven pass defenses over the course of four seasons.
