Broncos Worked Out 3 Offensive Linemen Including Michael Brewster For Future/Reserve Considerations

Troy Renck of Denver 7 reports that the Broncos brought in free agent offensive linemen Michael Brewster, Reese Dismukes and Cyril Lemon for workouts this week.

According to Renck, these players are candidates for future/reserve contract with the Broncos.

Future/reserve contracts are essentially an opportunity for players compete for a roster spot in offseason workouts and during training camp.

Brewster, 27, originally signed on with the Jaguars as an undrafted free agent out of Ohio State back in 2012. He lasted just over two years in Jacksonville before he was waived at the start of the 2014 season.

After a brief stint with the Dolphins, Brewster caught on with the Saints and returned to New Orleans on a futures contract. However, he waived from injured reserve a few weeks into the regular season last year.

In 2013, Brewster appeared in 14 games for the Jaguars.
