Browns Claim WR Shane Wynn Off Waivers From Falcons, Cut Paul Browning

The Cleveland Browns announced Friday that they’ve claimed WR Shane Wynn off of waivers from the Falcons.

  • The Browns placed WR Paul Browning on waivers to make room for their new addition.

Wynn, 22, signed on with the Falcons as an undrafted free agent out of Indiana back in May. The Falcons cut him loose earlier in the week to make room for WR Carlton Mitchell.

During his time at Indiana, Wynn appeared in 48 games with 36 starts while recording 189 receptions for 2,189 yards receiving to go along with 20 touchdowns.

Browning, 23, signed on with the Browns as an undrafted free agent out of Colorado State-Pueblo.
