Browns Cutting LB Jayson DiManche, Interested In Re-Signing Him Next Year

Adam Caplan of ESPN reports that the Browns are waiving LB Jayson DiManche on Thursday, but they still have interest in signing to a contract next season.

DiManche, 25, originally signed on with the Bengals as an undrafted free agent out of Southern Illinois back in 2013. He was waived/injured during the first round of roster cuts and eventually released from injured reserve with a settlement.

The Browns wound up signing DiManche off of the Bengals practice squad a few months ago. Since then, he’s been on and off of their practice squad.

This season, DiManche has appeared in one game, but hasn’t recorded a single statistic.
