Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network reports that the Browns believe DE Armonty Bryant sustained a torn ACL during Sunday’s win over the Steelers.

  • Rapoport adds that Bryant will undergo an MRI Monday to determine the severity of the injury, but if he has an ACL tear, he would be done for the season.

Cleveland came away with an impressive win over a divisional opponent, however, it came with a steep price as Pro Bowl C Alex Mack is done for year with a broken leg.

Bryant, 24, is his second year in the NFL and has a reasonable base salary of $495,000 for the 2014 season. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the N0. 43 defensive end in a 3-4 system out of 52 qualifying players.

If this ends up being the of his 2014 season, Bryant will finish the year with 11 tackles and a sack over the course of five games.
