Browns DE Emmanuel Ogbah Out For Season With Broken Foot

Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports that Browns DE Emmanuel Ogbah is out for the season after he suffered a broken foot during Sunday’s loss to the Jaguars.

Ogbah suffered the injury during the second quarter and was replaced by Carl Nassib.

You can expect the Browns to place him on injured reserve in the coming days and add someone to their roster.

Ogbah, 24, is a former second-round pick of the Browns back in 2016. He’s currently in the second year of his four-year, $6.6 million contract and stands to make base salaries of $1.05 million and $1.35 million over the final two years of the agreement.

Entering today’s game, Ogbah had appeared in nine games for the Browns and recorded 27 tackles, four sacks, two forced fumbles, a recovery and four pass defenses.
