Browns Expected To Sign Undrafted QB Brogan Roback

Nate Ulrich of Ohio.com reports that the Browns plan to sign undrafted free agent RB Brogan Roback to a contract.

According to Ulrich, the move is not expected to be official until Tuesday.

Roback could be a practice squad candidate for the Browns later this summer, seeing as they currently have Tyrod Taylor, Drew Stanton and No. 1 overall pick Baker Mayfield in place as their top-three quarterbacks.

Roback, 23, wound up going undrafted out of Eastern Michigan a few weeks ago, so this will be his first opportunity with an NFL team.

During his five-year college career at Eastern Michigan, Roback threw for 8,624 yards while completing 58 percent of his passes to go along with 57 touchdowns and 38 interceptions over the course of 45 games.
