Browns Interviewing Gregg Williams & OC Freddie Kitchens For Head Coach Job

On Monday, Browns GM John Dorsey told reporters that they will interview Gregg Williams tomorrow and he wants to hear his over-arching vision for the team, per Scott Petrak.

Dorsey added that OC Freddie Kitchens will also interview for the job.

According to Dorsey, they plan to explore multiple options around the NFL before deciding on their next head coach.

Williams, 60, has worked for several NFL teams over the course of his career including the Oilers/Titans, Bills, Redskins, Jaguars, Saints, and Rams before the Browns hired him as their defensive coordinator for the 2017 season.

After the Browns fired Hue Jackson, Williams was elevated to interim head coach.

Under Williams, the Browns have gone 5-3 this season.

We’ll have more regarding the Browns as the news is available.
