The Cleveland Browns officially placed DB Ibraheim Campbell on injured reserve after clearing waivers.
Campbell, 25, is a former fourth-round pick of the Browns back in 2015. He’s currently in the third year of his four-year, $2,792,008 contract and stands to make base salaries of $615,000 and $705,000 over the final two years of the agreement.
The Browns waived Campbell with an injury designation on Thursday.
In 2017, Campbell has appeared in eight games and recorded 16 tackles, one fumble recovery and a pass defense for the Browns.
