Charles, 27, is a former fourth-round pick of the Bengals back in 2012. He lasted just over two years in Cincinnati before he was waived at the start of the 2014 season.

Since then, Charles has played for a number of teams including the Titans, Lions, Saints and Chiefs. Kansas City elected to cut Charles loose this past May and he later signed on with the Browns in July.

In 2018, Charles appeared in 13 games for the Browns and caught three passes for 23 yards receiving and no touchdowns.
