Browns Promote OL Anthony Fabiano To Active Roster

The Cleveland Browns announced Monday that they’ve promoted OL Anthony Fabiano to their active roster.

  • Browns signed OL Zach Sterup to their practice squad.

Fabiano, 23, wound up signing a three-year, $1.62 million contract with the Ravens as an undrafted free agent out of Harvard back in May. He was unfortunately cut loose during the final week of the preseason and later signed on to the Browns’ practice squad.

Cleveland promoted him to their active roster before later waiving him to free up a roster spot for Jonathan Cooper, who was claimed off of waivers. The Brown signed Fabiano to their practice squad a week later.

Fabiano has yet to appear in an NFL game.
