Browns Re-Sign LB Tank Carder

The Cleveland Browns announced Monday that they’ve re-signed LB Tank Carder.

Carder, unfortunately, suffered an ACL injury that required surgery and cost him the entire 2017 season.

Carder, 29, is a former fifth-round pick of the Bills back in 2012. He lasted just a few months in Buffalo before he was waived and later claimed off of waivers by the Browns.

Carder played out the final year of his two-year, $2.5 million contract and was testing the open market as an unrestricted free agent this offseason.

In 2016, Carder appeared in all 16 games for the Browns and recorded five tackles and no sacks.
