Browns Re-Sign WR Rannell Hall

The Cleveland Browns have re-signed WR Rannell Hall on Friday, according to Nate Ulrich.

Hall suffered a fractured fibula during the preseason and subsequently spent the entire 2016 season on injured reserve.

Hall, 24, wound up signing on with the Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent out of UCF back in May of last year. He was unable to make the 53-man roster coming out of the preseason but spent his rookie year on and off of the Bucs’ practice squad.

The Browns elected to sign him to their active roster from the Bucs’ taxi squad in December of 2015. Unfortunately, Hall was waived with an injury designation and later reverted to the team’s injured reserve list.

In 2015, Hall appeared in one game but did not record a statistic.
