Browns Ready To Blow Up The Front Office?

This is a story from last night, but certainly an interesting topic nonetheless.

Clark Judge of CBS Sports reports that a league source has informed him that Cleveland Browns new owner Jimmy Haslam plans to “blow the whole place up,” which likely means ousting president Mike Holmgren as well as GM Tom Heckert.

There have been several reports already that  former Eagles president Joe Banner will be stepping in to run the show. It’s worth noting that Heckert has worked with Banner in the past, but if they’re at all concerned about the public’s perception of the team’s future, then starting over completely seems to make the most sense.

This may very well carry over to the team’s coaching staff and possibly to players like Brandon Weeden. If the team goes and hires a new staff, it would certainly apply some additional pressure to Weeden.
