Browns Release S Rahim Moore

The Cleveland Browns announced that they have terminated the contract of recently acquired S Rahim Moore.

The Browns just signed Moore back in March, making his stay in Cleveland very short lived.

Moore, 26, was signed to a one-year, $1.85 million contract with the Browns. The former second-round pick by the Broncos of the 2011 draft lasted four years in Denver before joining the Texans as an unrestricted free agent.

Unfortunately, he was released after just one season in Houston.

In 2015, Moore appeared in seven games for the Texans and recorded 16 tackles, one interception and two pass defenses before he was later benched. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 56 safety out of 88 qualifying players.
