The Cleveland Browns announced Wednesday that they’ve signed CB Arrion Springs to their practice squad.
The Browns’ practice squad now consists of:

- DT Daniel Ekuale
- RB Dontrell Hilliard
- DB Montrel Meander
- DB Tigie Sankoh (International)
- WR Da’Mari Scott
- OL Kyle Kalis
- LB Brady Sheldon
- DT Brice Price
- TE Pharaoh Brown
- CB Arrion Springs
Springs, 23, wound up signing on with the Chiefs as an undrafted free agent out of Oregon back in May. He signed a three-year, $1.71 million contract with Kansas City and was set to make a base salary of $485,000 for the 2018 season when he was waived coming out of the preseason.
The Chiefs later signed him to their practice squad but released him a few weeks ago. He had a brief stint on the Saints’ practice squad.
During his four-year college career at Oregon, Springs recorded 137 tackles, 8.5 tackles for a loss, two sacks, two interceptions, three forced fumbles, a recovery and 42 pass defenses.
