This is the first rookie out of their six-man draft class that Cleveland has signed since the draft concluded a few weeks ago.
Desir ‘s four-year contract is worth an estimated $2,627,612 and includes a signing bonus of $407,612 , according to OverTheCap.com.
Desir offers good size at 6-foot-1 and will hopefully be able to provide some needed depth at cornerback moving forward. At Lindenwood, Desir was a highly productive player as he totaled 93 tackles, 21 interceptions, 34 passes defenses, a forced fumble and a recovery.
