Browns Sign QB Pat Devlin

The Cleveland Browns announced Thursday that they’ve signed QB Pat Devlin to a contract.

Devlin, 27, signed with the Dolphins as an undrafted free agent out of the University of Delaware back in 2011. He served as the Dolphins’ third-string quarterback last season, backing up Ryan Tannehill and Matt Moore.

Since then, Devlin has had brief stints with the Vikings and Bears before signing on with the Browns in late August. He lasted just over a week with the Browns before he was among their final roster cuts.

Devlin has yet to appear in an NFL game.
