Browns Signing Raiders CB T.J. Carrie To Four-Year, $31M Deal

Scott Petrak reports that the Browns are signing Raiders free agent Raiders CB T.J. Carrie.

  • According to Adam Caplan, Carrie receives a four-year, $31 million contract with $10 million guaranteed.

Carrie, 27, is a former seventh-round pick of the Raiders back in 2014. He played out the final year of his four-year, $2,286,964 contract with the Oakland Raiders and tested the free agent market for the first time in his NFL career.

In 2017, Carrie appeared in all 16 games for the Raiders and recorded 84 tackles, two fumble recoveries and nine pass defenses. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 21 cornerback out of 120 qualifying players.

We had him featured in our Top 100 – 2018 NFL Free Agents list.
