Browns Worked Out 3 Players Including WR Paul Turner

According to Howard Balzer, the Cleveland Browns brought in three players for workouts in recent days including WR Kolby Listenbee, WR Paul Turner and G Ian Silberman.

Turner, 24, wound up signing a three-year, $1.66 million contract with the Eagles as an undrafted free agent out of Louisiana Tech back in May of last year. He was on and off of the Eagles’ practice squad last year but was waived coming out of the preseason and later cut loose from injured reserve with a settlement.

The Jaguars worked him out back in October but did not sign him following the session.

During his college career, Turner caught 87 passes for 1,171 yards receiving and seven touchdowns for Louisana Tech over the course of 23 games.
