Browns Signing OL J.C. Tretter

Mike Garafolo is now reporting that the Browns are, in fact, signing OL J.C. Tretter to a deal and will be their new center.

Mike Garafolo of NFL Media is reporting that the Browns are working to sign free agent OL J.C. Tretter to a contract at the start of free agency.

Tretter, 26, is a former fourth-round pick of the Packers back in 2013. He has played out his four-year, $2,575,908 and is now in position to be one of the most sought-after interior offensive lineman in this year’s free agent market.

In 2016, Tretter appeared in seven games for the Packers and was rated by Pro Football Focus as the No. 9 center out of 38 qualifying players.
