Buccaneers Agree To Terms With DT Derek Landri

Aaron Wilson reports that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have agreed to terms with former Eagles DT Derek Landri on a two-year deal worth $3.25 million.

Landri, 29, played in all 16 games for the Eagles last year, but only managed to record 18 tackles. According to Pro Football Focus, Landri is a pretty decent interior pass-rusher, but seems to really struggle at defending the run. Tampa Bay recently lost run-stopping DT Roy Miller to the Jaguars, so they may need to find some additional help at interior defensive line to round out their unit.
