Buccaneers CB Eric Wright Facing Four Game Suspension

Jay Glazer of Fox Sports reports that Buccaneers CB Eric Wright could be suspended for violating the league’s policy on performance-enhancing drugs.

Wright reportedly used Adderall, which is the same drug that Aqib Talib has also been suspended for the using. The league imposes a four-game suspension for using the drug.

There are players around the league who have legitimate medical reasons for using Adderall, so the league will have to determine that this was an unacceptable use for the suspension to hold.

Wright signed with the Bucs following one year with the Lions and has played 7 games so far this season.
