Buccaneers FB Jorvorskie Lane Suspended Two Games For PED Violation

The NFL announced Wednesday that Buccaneers FB Jorvorskie Lane has been suspended for two games after violating the league’s performance enhancing substances policy.

“Jorvorskie Lane of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers has been suspended without pay for the team’s next two games for violating the NFL policy on performance enhancing substances.

Lane’s suspension begins immediately. He will be eligible to return to the Buccaneers’ active roster on Monday, November 3 following the team’s November 2 game against the Cleveland Browns.”

Lane, 27, signed a one-year contract worth $495,000 with the Buccaneers back in April. He has appeared in six games this season and has ran for 56 yards on two carries and caught a pass for three yards.

Tampa Bay will likely add a fullback to their roster in the coming days.
