Buccaneers Not Planning On Re-signing Cadillac Williams?

PewterReport.com mentions that both Bucs GM Mark Dominik and head coach Raheem Morris were reportedly “not enthusiastic” about the idea of re-signing RB Cadillac Williams during their pre-draft meetings. They also mentioned that the Bucs front office believes that Williams may only have “one more good season left in him as a third-down back.”

Tampa Bay will need a third-down RB considering that LeGarrette Blount hasn’t proved to be effective in the passing game. Tiki Barber‘s name continues to be tied to the Bucs but those reports are lacking credible sources as of now. PewterReport.com doesn’t see Willliams returning so there’s a shot that Tiki ends up there but I’m still not betting on it.
