Buccaneers Signing LS Garrison Sanborn To One-Year Deal

Greg Auman of the Tampa Bay Times reports that the Buccaneers are signing LS Garrison Sanborn to a one-year contract on Tuesday.

Auman mentions that Sanborn has a good chance to be Bucs’ long-snapper in 2017 with Andrew DePaola still unsigned and coming off of ACL surgery.

Sanborn, 31, wound up signing on with the Bills as an undrafted free agent out of Florida State back in 2009. He was in the final year of his three-year, $3,335,000 contract with the Bills when they elected to cut him loose last week.

In 2016, Sanborn appeared in all 16 games for the Bills and recorded four tackles on special teams.
