Buccaneers to hire Shoop for Offensive Coordinator?

According to SB Nation Tampa Bay, New head coach of the Buccaneers Greg Schiano is reportedly going after North Carolina offensive coordinator John Shoop for the coordinator job in Tampa.

Shoop was with the Buccaneers in 2004 as there QB coach and to produce a team QB rating of 89.1 QB rating. Hoeever, that number decreased when he joined the Raiders in 2005.  At North Carolina, his teams averaged 28, 25.3, 23.8, 27.7, and 21.2 points per a game. His biggest job (if he takes it) would be turning Josh Freeman around, who showed promise in 2010 but played well below league average in 2011.
