BYU DE/OLB Kyle Van Noy Drawing Interest From Falcons, Pats, Lions, Chargers, Jags & Ravens

According to Tony Pauline of DraftInsider.net, BYU DE/OLB Kyle Van Noy “looks like a solid second round choice.”

Pauline mentions that Van Noy has received the most interest from the Falcons, Patriots, Lions, Chargers, Jaguars and Ravens.

Interestingly enough, Pauline adds that half of these teams have Van Noy projected as an inside linebacker.

It seems as though Van Noy was going to be an interesting edge rushing prospect to watch in the coming years, but it appears as though teams are at least weighing the idea of transitioning him inside for their 3-4 defensive scheme.

Last year, Van Noy tallied 67 tackles with 17 of them coming for a loss to go along with four sacks and two interceptions. He also added seven pass defenses and scored a touchdown.

We have the Cowboys taking Van Noy in the second-round of our most recent 2014 NFL Mock Draft.
