Cardinals Could Be Considering A Ray Horton & Norv Turner Coaching Staff

Mike Jurecki reports that Cardinals defensive coordinator Ray Horton has reached out to former Chargers head coach Norv Turner to see if he would be interested in becoming the next the Cardinals offensive coordinator in the event that Horton gets head coaching job.

Horton coached under Turner with the Redskins in the mid-90’s and is widely regarded as one of the league’s best play-callers, so they could end up being quite the tandem in Arizona, assuming that they’re able to find a quarterback and fix the team’s offensive line issues. The Cardinals are also reported to be interested in Broncos OC Mike McCoy, Lovie Smith, Bengals OC Jay Gruden and Steelers OC Todd Haley.
