According to Mike Jurecki of ArizonaSports.com, the Cardinals fear OLB Markus Golden suffered a torn ACL or MCL during their Week 4 win over the 49ers.

Jurecki adds that Golden is scheduled to undergo an MRI to determine the severity of his injury on Monday.

Golden collided with teammate Budda Baker and was grabbing his knee following the play.

Kareem Martin stepped in for Golden was he was out with the injury.

Golden, 26, is a former second-round pick of the Cardinals back in 2015. He’s currently in the third year of his four-year contract and stands to make base salaries of $791,212 and $969,318 over the final two years of the agreement.

Entering today’s game, Golden had appeared in three games and recorded eight tackles and no sacks for the Cardinals.

We’ll have more regarding Golden as the news is available.
