The Arizona Cardinals announced that they’ve re-signed WR Chris Hubert to their practice squad on Tuesday.
The Cardinals’ practice squad now consists of:
- DB Trevon Hartfield
- CB Harlan Miller
- RB Elijhaa Penny
- OT Givens Price
- G Kaleb Johnson
- OLB Nordly Capi
- QB Zac Dysert
- TE Brian Leonhardt
- LB Reshard Cliett
- WR Chris Hubert
Hubert, 23, wound up signing a three-year, $1.62 million contract with the Cardinals as an undrafted free agent out of Fayetteville State back in May. He was, unfortunately, unable to make the 53-man roster coming out of the preseason but was later added to the team’s practice squad at the start of the season.
Arizona brought him back after he was waived from the unit a few weeks into the season and promoted him to their active roster. However, he was just recently cut loose.
During the preseason Hubert appeared in all four games and caught five passes for 86 yards receiving and one touchdown for the Cardinals.
