The Arizona Cardinals announced that they’ve signed CB Shaun Prater to a contract on Monday.
Prater, 25, was a fifth-round pick by the Bengals in 2012, but landed on the injured-reserve with a knee injury and was waived the following offseason. He later caught on with the Eagles before joining the Vikings for the past two seasons.
After a brief stint with the Colts, Prater returned to the Vikings a few weeks ago. However, he was once again release and later signed by the Broncos. Denver wound up cutting him loose a few weeks ago.
In 2015, Prater was active for two games, but didn’t record a single statistic.
