Vaughn McClure of ESPN reports that it free agent DT Corey Peters will end up signing with the Arizona Cardinals.
- Aaron Wilson reports that Peters will receive a three-year contract worth $10.5 million and includes more that half of this total guaranteed.
- Rand Getlin reported earlier that the six teams had expressed interest in Peters.
This would be the second Falcons free agent to sign on with the Cardinals after LB Sean Weatherspoon reportedly agreed to a deal.
Peters, 26, appeared in 15 games for the Falcons last year and recorded 26 tackles and two sacks. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No.34 defensive tackle out of 81 qualifying players.
