Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post reports that the Cardinals tried out LB Kenny Demens on Friday.
Demens, 26, originally signed on with the Cardinals as an undrafted free agent out of Michigan back in 2013. He was on and off of the Cardinals’ practice squad during his rookie season and later returned to the team on a future/reserve contract the following year.
Demens became an unrestricted free agent way back in March but this is the first reported interest in him since then.
In 2015, Demens appeared in five games for the Cardinals and recorded three tackles.
