It’s been suggested for a few months now that Marvin Lewis and Carson Palmer could be on their way out of Cincinnati but you can Ochocinco to that list. Lewis’s contract runs out at the end of the season while Palmer is signed until 2014 which makes him less likely to be let go. Ochocinco’s contract has a team option of $6 million at the end of this season and given his limited production this season the team could move on without him.
Terrell Owens has been excellent this season but it may have something to do with opposing defenses trying to shut down Ochocinco. Losing Ochocinco would leave Owens in a similar situation as he had in Buffalo last season.
