Chargers Claim WR Rasheed Bailey Off Waivers From Jaguars

Adam Caplan of ESPN reports that the Chargers have claimed WR Rasheed Bailey off of waivers from the Jaguars on Thursday.

Bailey, 23, wound up going undrafted out of Delaware Valley back in May of last year. The Eagles signed him to a three-year, $1.575 million rookie contract, but he was later among the team’s final roster cuts at the start of the season.

The Jaguars added him to their practice squad midseason and later brought him back on a future/reserve contract. Jacksonville waived Bailey on Wednesday to make room for veteran OL Jacques McClendon

Bailey has yet to appear in an NFL game.
