Chargers & Jets Reportedly Interested In Moving Up For QB Davis Webb

Tony Pauline of DratAnalyst.com reports that the Chargers and Jets are both interested in trading up to get Cal QB Davis Webb in the second round.

According to Pauline, there’s a “good possibility” that teams drafting between No. 33 and No. 37 overall would be willing to trade back for the right compensation.

Webb, 22, is one of the more intriguing quarterback prospects in this year’s draft, as he possesses both good size and arm strength has reportedly been impressive in his interviews with NFL teams.

Webb visited with the Chiefs, Jets, Chargers and Seahawks during the pre-draft process.

During his college career at Texas Tech and California, Webb threw for 9,852 yards while completing 61.5 percent of his passes to go along with 83 touchdowns and 34 interceptions.

We have the Cardinals taking Webb in our new Second-Round Mock Draft.
