Chargers Place RB Kenneth Farrow On Injured Reserve

The San Diego Chargers announced that they’ve placed RB Kenneth Farrow on season-ending injured reserve with a shoulder injury on Monday.

There’s currently no word on who they’re adding to their roster to replace Farrow, but I’m sure they’ll announce something in the near future.

Farrow, 23, wound up signing a three-year, $1.62 million contract with the Chargers as an undrafted free agent out of Houston back in May. He managed to make the 53-man roster coming out of the preseason and stands to make base salaries of $540,000 and $630,000 over the final two years of the contract.

In 2016, Farrow appeared in 13 games and rushed for 192 yards on 60 carries (3.2 YPC) to go along with 13 receptions for 70 yards receiving and no touchdowns.
