Chargers Placed Veteran DL Sean Lissemore On Injured Reserve

The San Diego Chargers officially placed veteran DL Sean Lissemore on their injured reserve list Monday.

Lissemore, 28, is a former seventh-round pick of the Cowboys back in 2010. He spent three years in Dallas before being traded to the Chargers at the start of the 2013 season for a seventh-round pick that ultimately became Mark Nzeocha.

Lissemore is currently in the final year of his five-year, $7.17 million rookie contract and set to make a base salary of $1.75 million for the 2016 season.

In 2015, Lissemore appeared in 11 games for the Chargers and recorded 16 tackles and no sacks.
