Chargers Re-Sign RFA S Jahleel Addae To A One-Year Deal

The San Diego Chargers announced Thursday that they’ve re-signed restricted free agent S Jahleel Addae to a one-year contract.

The Chargers used a second-round tender on Addae that will run them $2.553 million for the 2016 season.

Addae, 25, wound up signing on with the Chargers as an undrafted free agent out of Central Michigan back in 2013. He’s managed to make the 53-man roster in each of his three years in the NFL.

In 2015, Addae appeared in 13 games and recorded 65 tackles, one sack, a fumble recovery and four pass defenses for the Chargers.
