The Los Angeles Chargers announced Tuesday that they’ve signed DB Arrion Springs to their practice squad.

- LB Tre’von Johnson
- DB Arrion Springs
Springs, 23, wound up signing on with the Chiefs as an undrafted free agent out of Oregon back in May. He signed a three-year, $1.71 million contract with Kansas City and was set to make a base salary of $485,000 for the 2018 season when he was waived coming out of the preseason.
The Chiefs later signed him to their practice squad but released him a few weeks ago. He has had brief stints on the Saints’ and Browns’ practice squads.
During his four-year college career at Oregon, Springs recorded 137 tackles, 8.5 tackles for a loss, two sacks, two interceptions, three forced fumbles, a recovery and 42 pass defenses.
